COVID-19 Policy

Smofcon 38 is a private event. For the safety of all our members, we require that everyone in our private function spaces and adjoining hallway areas wear breathing masks, except when stationary and actively eating or drinking. On request, Smofcon 38 will supply you with a high-quality particulate removal mask.

All members must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend. Please have proof of vaccination ready (and be wearing a mask) when you pick up your badge, along with a government-issued picture ID.

If you are medically unable to wear a mask or be vaccinated, please contact Smofcon before you come to the event.
